The Urban Awards were created to determine the achievements of residential urban real estate in Russia, to promote modern standards and disseminate best practices in development, construction, architecture, marketing and real estate management, to improve the quality of infrastructure construction and the urban environment.
“House on the Square” entered the top three finalists following the results of two stages of voting (popular and jury voting) in the prestigious international award “Real Estate Market Records 2021” in the nomination“Object 5 stars”! This award is considered the “Oscar of the real estate market” and annually celebrates achievements in the Russian and foreign real estate market.

According to the results of civil control and in agreement with the Department of Construction Policy of the Voronezh Region, the VYBOR construction company was awarded the gold badge "Reliable Developer of Russia 2020" for the highest achievements in the field of observing the legal rights and interests of participants in shared construction.
The construction company "VYBOR" is included in the "TOP-100 best enterprises in Russia" . The received award proves that the company's activity meets the requirements of international standards for the quality and reliability of goods (services), has a high efficiency of their production and has significant economic achievements.

2019
At the end of 2019, we are among the TOP-20 developers in Russia in terms of housing commissioning. The rating was traditionally prepared by the national association of housing developers together with the Unified Register of Developers portal.

This award is given to the best construction companies, all of whose facilities have the highest reliability indicators in the field of observance of the legal rights and interests of participants in shared construction.
On the eve of the Builder’s Day in Voronezh, industry leaders were honored for outstanding achievements. Among the best is the VYBOR company, which became a diploma winner in the following nominations:
- “Reliable Contractor” – for the high-quality implementation of projects with strict adherence to deadlines;
- “The best completed project. Comprehensive residential development” – it was the residential complex “GREEN PARK” as an exemplary quarter with well-thought-out landscaping;
- “Enterprise of high production culture” – a nomination in which “CHOICE” became a diploma winner, and the plant “CHOICE-OBD” became a laureate! As a result of an impartial popular online voting of the RREF AWARDS 2019 residential real estate award, three winners were determined. In the nomination “Regions of Russia: Affordable Housing”, one of the three finalists was our residential microdistrict “New Otradnoye” , gaining the maximum number of votes! In total, more than 70,000 people took part in the voting!
On February 8, Alexander Tsyban, General Director of the company, was awarded the honorary title of Honored Builder of the Russian Federation. According to the decree of President Vladimir Putin, the Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexander Gusev presented the corresponding state award “For merits in the field of construction and many years of conscientious work” .
2018
Based on the results of 2018, for the third year in a row we have been included in the TOP-30 developers in Russia in terms of housing commissioning. The rating was traditionally prepared by the national association of housing developers together with the Unified Register of Developers portal.
As part of the III All-Russian Summit "Reliable Developer of Russia", the construction company "VYBOR" for the second time won the main public award of Russia in housing construction - the Golden Sign of Public Control "Reliable Developer of Russia 2018"! The gold mark is awarded to the best construction companies, all of whose facilities have the highest reliability indicators in the field of observance of the legal rights and interests of participants in shared construction.
On October 10, 2018, within the framework of the All-Russian Housing Congress - 2018, the results of the annual National Real Estate Competition "CREDO-2018" were summed up. The VYBOR construction company became the winner of the competition in the nomination "The best developer in the segment of affordable housing in the Central Black Earth Region"!
The construction company VYBOR became the best company in 2018 as a result of ranking the All-Russian Rating of Quality and Services “Star of Quality” . The received title was awarded for consistently high quality and achievement of excellence in business among enterprises operating in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The Union of Builders of the Voronezh Region announced the winners of the regional competition for the best achievement in the construction industry “Construction Olympus” . This competition has replaced the usual competition for the best construction, design and road construction organization. Construction company “VYBOR” is:

In honor of the Builder’s Day, the VYBOR construction company was noted by the Russian Union of Builders and awarded the honorary badge “Building Glory” . The badge of honor is awarded to citizens, organizations, enterprises and institutions for merits in the field of construction, the building materials industry and a great contribution to the development of the construction complex, training, scientific and other activities aimed at improving the efficiency of construction production.
2017
Construction company "VYBOR" became the best company in 2017 according to the All-Russian rating of goods and services "Star of Quality"! The company "VYBOR" was among the nominees and received the status of "The Best Enterprise of Russia 2017" . The analysis was carried out on the basis of data from the State Statistics Service, in accordance with OKVED 41.20 "Construction of residential and non-residential buildings."

Three objects being built by the VYBOR construction company: Ozerki Residential Quarter, GREEN PARK Residential Complex and Tsvetnoy Bulvar Residential Complex, passed the first qualifying stage of the Urban Awards 2017 construction award in the Best Regional Residential Under Construction nomination complex".
Residential quarter "Ozerki" took 2nd place in the finals of the Russian award in the field of residential real estate RREF AWARDS 2017 in the category "Affordable housing" (regions of Russia). The authoritative award in the field of residential real estate RREF AWARDS is a quality mark for housing construction projects, a sign of consumer confidence and recognition of market experts.

In the fall of 2016, Ozerki Residential Quarter became a finalist in the prestigious Urban Awards 2016 construction award in the Best Regional Residential Complex nomination!
On November 3, 2016, the All-Russian Summit "Reliable Developer of Russia 2016" was held at the Government Residence of the State Complex "Palace of Congresses" in St. On the territory of the Voronezh region, only the objects of the construction company "VYBOR" were assigned the highest rating of reliability of compliance with the legal rights of participants in shared construction - 10 points out of 10 possible.
