On May 20, 2015, the ceremonial launch of the VYBOR-OBD plant took place.

VYBOR-OBD is the only enterprise in Russia with a unique technology of volume-block housing construction, which allows building reliable multi-storey buildings with high-quality finishes in record time – an entire floor in just one day!

This technology is a fundamentally new word in the construction industry. Now the main processes are carried out in the factory, which allows improving the quality of apartments, significantly reducing construction time, automating production cycles and being independent of the weather.

The VYBOR-OBD plant functions completely autonomously. This is an independent, well-established, non-failure mechanism, where each of its details works clearly, interacting with other elements.

The VYBOR company is the owner of the unique technology of volume-block housing construction. Intellectual rights are protected by a patent, all products have passed the quality certification.

Houses built using the developed technology are an example of a successful combination of economy, high quality in a short time and modern architecture.

New technologies of volume-block housing construction allow us to provide unique speed, correct geometric dimensions and smooth concrete wall surfaces. Volumetric blocks are insulated with mineral wool boards with ventilated facades - the guarantors of sound insulation and heat of the house. Here, at the factory, windows are installed.

Thus, the already assembled future apartments are ready for use at the construction site, where they are assembled into a house, interconnected by welding embedded parts. From the moment of opening to this day, the plant receives the highest marks and awards. The enterprise was appreciated by honored guests - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vitaly Mutko, Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexander Gusev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation for Agro-Industrial Complex, Natural Resources and Ecology Alexei Gordeev.
