New technologies of volume-block housing construction made it possible to ensure the correct geometric dimensions and even concrete surfaces of the walls. Volumetric blocks are immediately insulated with mineral wool boards with ventilated facades – the guarantors of sound insulation and heat at home. Here, at the factory, windows are installed . The blocks are ready for use on the construction site. To create a full-cycle production, the enterprise organized work in additional workshops. So, in the reinforcement shop, welding of lifting loops takes place. It is carried out with pinpoint precision using an industrial robot from KUKA Robotics. On a professional automatic machine, the process of manufacturing loops (clamps) is underway.
In the same workshop, metal plates for embedded parts are made using automatic plasma cutting, which achieves millimeter accuracy! The production of light thin-walled structures for fastening a ventilated facade is carried out on an automated strip and consists in the sequential passage of a steel strip through a series of tools that give the profile a given shape. The automated process of manufacturing electrowelded wire mesh from round steel is provided by an automatic center with electronic programming. The factory has a special room for the production and cutting of stretch ceilings , equipped with professional HDTV machines. Window blocks and double-glazed windowsthey are also made at the VYBOR-OBD plant, without resorting to the services of contractors.
In a separate workshop, the production of concrete mixtures has been debugged with the help of a modern high-tech concrete mixing unit, which provides mechanization and automation of processes, accurate dosage of materials. The plant has its own laboratory and test bench , where quality control of products is carried out at all stages of production. This guarantees the maintenance of a high standard of products and eliminates the possibility of defects. To provide the enterprise with heat, hot water and process steam , a steam boiler house of the German company Viessman , the largest manufacturer of world-class heat supply systems, is provided .
Our plant of volume-block housing construction is an absolutely autonomous enterprise , equipped with the necessary communications. In addition, it has its own railway tracks , along which building materials are brought to it. This allows you to make all deliveries quickly, without interrupting workflows. In order to achieve the highest quality of the finished product, reinforced concrete products, when they arrive at the construction site, undergo the control procedure again. Only after that, the workers begin to assemble and install the house, the process is mechanized and carried out from specialized machines. The blocks are fastened together with embedded parts by welding. In order for the apartments to acquire their final form, finishing work is carried out in strict accordance with the design project.
