On May 20, our unique VYBOR-OBD plant celebrated its seventh birthday! It is thanks to the technology of volume-block housing construction that we are building in record time!
Every day, at least 70 ready-made block rooms are manufactured at the plant, and an entire floor is erected at the construction site in one day! Most of the processes are carried out in comfortable factory conditions, hence the high quality of structures and the impressive speed of construction of objects.
By the way, according to the speed of construction, our company ranks second in the TOP developers of the Russian Federation according to the ERZ! And also “CHOICE” has the highest rating – 5.0 points in terms of the timeliness of housing commissioning!
